10:1 divider probe.

10:1 probes have some circuitry in the probes that increase the impedance of the oscilloscope by a factor of ten, thus leading to better measurements when circuit loading is significant.

How does a spectrum analyzer differ from a conventional oscilloscope?
The oscilloscope is used to display electrical signals in the time domain while the spectrum analyzer is used to display electrical signals in the frequency domain.
The oscilloscope measures the timing of the signal, while the spectrum analyzer measures signals frequency.
