Fort Bend County HS&EM - In person only (computer based testing)

In person (only) computer based testing at Fort Bend County Homeland Security and Emergency Management located at 307 Fort St, Richmond, TX 77469. Please park in front of the building and enter through the main entrance (doors should be open at noon). Once inside, use your phone to sign-in using the QR Code located in the foyer. You will then follow the signage to Training Room A. Test check-in will begin as soon as the VEs have set up the room for testing (no later than 12:30pm). Candidates must bring: a valid picture ID, their cell phone, proof of prior license if upgrading and the exam fee (check payable to ARRL VEC or cash-exact change). Walk-ins will be accommodated up to 1:00PM.
